Yesterday the waters in Nantucket Sound were calm in anticipation of yet another coastal storm. While many are getting snow from this storm, here it changed to sleet around 5:30 am and since 6:30 has been a purely rain event here in Old Mill Point.The last vestiges of hardened snow are slowly melting away... the roads in town are okay, but in surrounding towns are slippery. There's a slight chance it'll change back to snow later, but I'm not holding my breath.
